Is there any way to make windows 10 change automatically from a bright theme to a dark theme depending on how much light is around (if there is a light sensor build in)?
I want to change as much as possible: dark background in Office, in browser in Explorer, everywhere, because it is better for the eyes if they don't have to adapt from the screen to the surroundings.

If there is some third party software I would appreciate tips as well! :)

IF equipped with a light sensor
AND
You choose to use adaptive screen brightness....
IT still will not impact the "Theme"
The only way I know to adjust between light and dark themes, even semi-automatically, would be to use Task Scheduler and this guide to set a "time" for the switch.

Seems almost easier to right click a blank area of the desktop, choose personalize, then color from the left column and "light" or "dark" from the bottom radio buttons.
