Auto repair loop asus windows 10 urgent

I recently got a computer from a friend which was runnin windows 10 i was pkayn fallout 3 which is not optimized for windows 10 and had to some playn in the properties to get it to work but anyway it froze mid gameplay and i was forced to to force shutdown and now i am stuck in continous auto repair loop chckdsk c: /r found no problems but so kind of status 50 and sfc /scannow found a problem claimed it was repaired needa a reboot did so and there is no change

Have you attempted a System Restore to a point in time, prior to the problems first occurrence?
