Depends on what you have on your drives. Are they previous Windows 7 backups? Backups from another backup utility? If they show as emply, did they show files earlier in an earlier Windows 10 version? It may be your drivers. You could unplug them and then attach them again. Windows may install new drivers.
As for Windows 10 Backups, go to Settings. Type Backup in the search box. Choose backup settings from the list. You can use the Backup built into Windows 10. If you have older Win7 backups, use the other link on the page.
