I purchase a KWORLD UB445 USB 2.0 TV tuner back in 2012. I paid for a 5yr License from ARC SOFT software package & any software upgrade that I try to upgrade to asked to get a license renewal I cannot connect to the renewal site @ epayment.arcsoft.com !!!!!!!!???????
