16 apps are trying to download i.e Itunes, Whatsapp each time I get an error message saying something is wrong and to try later. This has been happening since I reset Windows ten 3 weeks ago.

Welcome to the forums @Ryl!

Can you please try going to Start > Settings (gear icon) > Update & Security > Troublshoot

Then, scroll down the list of troubleshooters until you see Windows Store Apps and click it, followed by "run the troubleshooter". It'll perform a few tests on your app store and can identify most issues (cache problems, permission problems, etc...).

Let me know how that goes :).

Thank you, I took my laptop to an internet expert and apparently when I did a Windows reset it downloaded an older version of Windows 10 which did not support Itunes etc. So it seems to be ok now. Ryl
