apps store close when i hit the apps that iwant to download

guys need help how solve this issue apps store is there but when i started to click on the apps i want the store vanish leaving white screen....

 

[Trouble]

Open the app store.
Go up to the top right where your account picture should be
Click it and then click downloads
Click the Check for updates button
