Apps (Photos, Calculator, Maps etc) not loading.

Installed Win.10 from Win.7. Apps (Photos Calculator etc) wont launch. Tried to re-install Windows 7 - received message 'Files have been removed' ! If Apps worked would not wish to reinstall Win7.
