Application Bug. I launch the application I put my credentials and then disappears ( but the service is running on task manager )

Hello, guys

I m using an application named CRS

I open the application. I put my password and id there. everything is good and after I type to connect. I don't see the application UI ( in task manager is showing me that the application is running )

I restart the pc, my pc is updated
