Does that icon still exist on the Start menu? If so try right-clicking it and choose Pin to Start if the choice is shown or Unpin then try again with the Pin, removes and replaces it on the tiles.
Are all 3 Adobe icons showing correctly in the Start menu, A section? Seems to me the Tiles for Adobe are not correct, maybe not cooperating with the Theme in use.
