I cannot find my AOL contact list on windows 10

While I'm not familiar with exactly how AOL works, if...
You've configured your AOL email in Windows 10 "Mail" app then I would expect your contacts to be in the Windows 10 "People" app.
IF you use your web browser to go to AOL.com and look at your Email, can you see all your contacts there? IF so, is there a method to export your contacts from within the AOL interface.
IF so then perhaps you can export them to a CSV file (comma separated value) and then go to
https://people.live.com/import
And use the "Other" link to import from that CSV file.

I was actually wanting to download AOL totally. I'm wondering if there is a firewall or something in Windows 10 which does not allow me to download from the Internet.
