I see both of the files as being Applications which when double-clicked should run individually and show in the Taskbar. You should be able to click one or to Tile or Stack them to see what is happening in each at the same time. Right-click the Taskbar for that capability. Or is it that you simply want a batch/.bat file to open them at the same time?
