Hello,
i was wondering if anyone knows of another source where i can download the files [HERE: https://www.deviantart.com/win7tbar/art/Windows-7-Theme-for-Windows-10-692706139] as this site is inaccessible to me?

What are the errors about not accessing the site? I can get there from the link you posted and the other themes listed further down such as for Vista and Win7, etc. Or are you on a company computer that has certain rules/restrictions about where the user can go?

Yes, you got it with the company computer, has restrictions, unfortunately that site appears to be blocked by some kind of policy.

That is what rules/policies are in place for and something you'll have to take up with the company's IT department or Owner/Manager. Volunteers on forums can't help with going around/against/bypassing that.

Have tried, however due to the way the software works, (Automatic "filtering" & Categorization), this is not possible.
