Who knows I'm just gonna go ahead and assume that it is.
It's exasperating trying to get anything definitive from MS https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4528760/windows-10-update-kb4528760

I even went so far as to download the spreadsheet from the link at the bottom of that page.
Trust me..... IT didn't do a lot to relieve my frustration

Even the 1803 which should have gotten the last one in November 2019 ( EoL) got another update (Pro Version)

I looked up the Windows 10 patch and got some sites referring to the NSA finding holes in Win 10. Since they refer to a Jan. patch and I heard on the radio you may already have it if you install updates automatically, this has to be it.

But, whatever, we have it now so hopefully, no more exposure..
