Android Apps On Latest Windows 10 Update

hello guys, I have a Lumia 640XL with the latest OS update and I would like to know if there are new ways to get ANDROID APPS installed, the old ways where you use wconnect or apk deployment tools I've tried all of em but they ain't working(Keep getting ERRORCODE =9 ERROR), so If Y'ALL HAVE AN IDEA OF HOW TO GET IT DONE PLEASE DO TELL. THANKS
