Alienware PC factory reset not working

My computer has been running slow so I decided to bite the bullet and hard reset it,and now its been bootlooping for hours and nothing has helped. I tried to wipe all that I could and im afraid I've wiped too much. Its an Alienware Aroura R5 and it doesn't get past the Alienware logo without freezing and reseting. The mouse lights up the whole time but the keyboard flashes
Update:I can turn to setup options sometimes and when I do I load defaults and it still doesn't work.

Hi 30shots,

get yourself a fresh copy of win 10 on a USB stick and either go into Advanced Start-up Options and troubleshoot the computer, or, do an upgrade/fresh install using the following guide.

This would be the time to restore that Disk/SSD back up Image, you could be back up and running in 20 minutes or so. Otherwise, Follow Wolfie instruction

make sure to remove any disks or flash drives on the reboot.
