After opening programs, they close in a few seconds

Hello! Whenever I start my laptop and open certain programs, they launch for a few seconds and then close without any error messages. This happens with programs like WinRAR, Microsoft Visual Studio 2022, Bluestacks 5, etc.Windows settings such as Reset PC, Windows Updates, and Windows Security are also affected. How can I fix this?

Just a question, are they closing or just minimizing to the Taskbar? If they are still open but minimized there will be small colored bar under that icon on the taskbar, larger bar for the visible window.
