Adobe Acrobat DC Unable to open items.
A number of files were shown as set out below.

The file you are trying to open is no longer available and cannot be opened.

I attempted to access Adobe Acrobat Help with no success.

Did you try one of the files, assuming they are .pdf which are created by Acrobat and readable by Acrobat Reader, by right-clicking and Open with, choose Microsoft Edge? Edge is the installed default for the .pdf format and helpful in diagnosing whether the files are still viable.

In addition to the above, check the sizes of the files you're trying to open in File Explorer. If they don't have a non-zero size then the files are empty.

How were the files created? Have you downloaded them from somewhere or did you create them yourself earlier?
