First clear Print spooler
- Select Start.
- Type Command .
- Right-click “Command Prompt” and select “Run as administrator“.
- Type net stop spooler then press “Enter“.
- Type del %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers\* /Q then press “Enter“.
- Type net start spooler then press “Enter“.
Then Try this
CP Network and sharing>Change Advanced Sharing Settings.
Privet (current profile)
Select ON network discovery.
Check Turn ON network discovery
Check Turn ON automatic setup of network connected devices
Check Turn ON File and Printer sharing
Allow Windows to manage home group connections.
and if still dont work then Uninstall the Device drivers and reinstall the same, Also uninstall if you have any third party AV software.
