Activation and update problem

I get this error 2018-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4093112) - Error 0x800f081f any advice? I also built a new system and I restored a backup from my old system to the new one. It says I need to activate and I went to the troubleshooter where it showed me the new board I installed. When I select it, it still fails to activate.

go to https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx and download KB4093105 which is the most recent cumulative update (16299.402) your failing update is the 16299.371 .
Have you run by chance the troubleshooter for your update problem yet??

If you change the motherboard, that is a major change for Windows and needs to be called in to get it activated but only if you do not use the old board anymore. cannot use one serial key with two different motherboards...
