ACER One10 clean install how to- with a bootable USB.

I made a USB WINDOWS 10 CLEAN INSTALL USB ( HAS BOTH 32 &64 BIT) i was wondering do I just plug it in to the Acer One 10 usb port and it will install itself? Windows 10 current ver was 2044 and had most recent updates.

Acer current state is ... Press ESC in 5 seconds to skip Startup. nsh any other Key to continue. SHELL>
