Acer 4810T card reader not working

I upgraded from Win7 to Win10 some while back. I don't often need to read an SD card but I needed to a few days ago and the computer couldn't see the SD card. I haven't tried this since installing Windows 10 and suspect it may be that a driver needs updating. I had the problem with the DVD drive after upgrade so am guessing it's a driver issue.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

The latest driver that Acer seems to have for you computer's card reader would seem to be
CardReader Realtek Card Reader Driver 6.1.7100.30093 7.2 MB 2009/10/22 (for Windows 7)
It's pretty old, but may still work on Windows 10, so it might be worth a try.

Have you checked Device Manager? Is the card reader listed there?
