I just clicked an iso of Windows XP (i needed it for some other computer), a new drive appeared in My Computer tab, it had windows xp setup files in it, i really need help as i have Windows 10 on this computer and i don't want to downgrade to XP, how do i undo this action? This is really urgent, and sorry if i posted this in the wrong category.

You most likely just mounted the iso image and it created a virtual cd drive temporally. Open explorer, click on "This PC", right click on the new drive with the windows xp iso, then select eject. That will get rid of it.
