A very huge(perhaps too huge) pagefile.sys

Please help me. My pagefile.sys folder in drive D: is of 390 GB when I recently checked it and I am left with around 500 GB. I can manage with this, but I am worried that it may grow in size. Can reduce its size somehow? 390 GB is just too much to lose.
