3D Builder Missing from Windows 10

I cannot Download it from Microsoft Store

What does that mean, is it not available from the Store, you can't download anything from the Store, does the Store require logging in with your Microsoft Account and that doesn't work?

Just checked a clean install of Win10 I did Monday and 3D Builder isn't part of it, only 3d Viewer. The Store has a number of 3D programs, one I saw was City Builder 3D.
