I have installed 2 new PC's with Windows 10 (2 keys) and let them update, 1 is coming with version 10240 and the other with version 1607 (see screen capture). I keep running update to the 10240 and it says no updates are available...

Any idea why this is happens?

Thanks for any help

I would manually check for updates on the 10240 machine. Sounds like it may not have all of the updates that's required.

i keep going to "settings-updates" and click "check for updates" always returns with "Your device is up to date. Last checked: Today, ‏‎and the time...

is there another way to force to update?

Thank you

The only way that I'm aware of is in Settings > Security and "Looking for info on the latest updates"
