0x8007274D error on deploying appxbundle on emulator?

I am interested on developing universal app but i just want to know first about the deployment tool. This video shows the tutorial on deployment. But the guy there never had a problem or an error like this

Does anyone know why Am i getting that? thanks. I could not try it on win10 device as I dont have any win10 phone yet.
