It's an update from some time ago. Some pages about it found by Search:
I've fixed it on a few Notebooks and couple Desktops by changing a partition on the drive but it is risky if the wrong thing is done. I have one that it didn't work on but overall it's not concerning, just hid the update until I next do a clean reinstall of Win10, it doesn't seem to be a problem but I don't use drive encryption.
