0x80070643 error when trying to update KB5034441

I've followed some geberal recommendations to resize the recovery partition and fix Windows 10, but I'm still unable to complete this update. reagentc can't locate the recovery partition. It seems there might be two on my system drive: the original one and the new one I created at the end. I'd really appreciate your help.

I have only 1 Notebook out of 3 that won't accept that update but I'm not using Bitlocker on it so I just hid that update, hasn't caused any problems. I did adjust the partitions and that's the only one it didn't work on.
