If you're looking to free up some storage space or simply remove software you no longer use, you can use the Windows app management utility to uninstall the application. This will remove the program files, associated shortcuts and any related registry entries.
To begin, click the Start Button then the Settings icon:
Then click the Apps icon:
You'll then be presented with a list of all the applications on your system - you can either scroll down the list and find the application you wish to remove, or use the search box to speed things up:
When you have found the application, select it and an Uninstall button will appear. Click this button to begin the installation process. It is a good idea to make sure that the application you want to remove isn't running in the background, as this may interrupt the process:
This should remove the application from your system.
Note: If the app appears on your start menu, an alternative method to uninstall is to simply right click the name of the app and select Uninstall.
