When first configuring your PC, you'll be prompted to set the correct timezone for your system. This is important, as it is required to make sure that your clock is automatically kept accurate and obeys local DST changes. If you'd like to change your timezone, perhaps as you've moved locations or need to correct it, please follow the steps below.
To begin, click the Start button and select Settings:
Now select Time & Language from the settings panel:
Then, select your timezone from the Time Zone dropdown box:
Alternatively, you can use the Set the time zone automatically switch as long as Windows 10 has correctly detected your location.
You can now close the settings panel, there is no need to click a save or ok button to confirm the settings.
