Hi, I was optimizing my PC for gaming and tweaked some settings, including deleting temporary files in Storage. I accidentally removed everything that was checked by default, including Windows upgrade log files and Windows update cleanup files.

Now, my system no longer shows as up to date, and in the Update & Security tab, I constantly see the message: "There were some problems installing updates, but we’ll try again later. Error code: (0x80070643)."

I attempted a System Restore, which took about an hour and reverted to the previous update from 03/07/2024, but the error persists. I also ran sfc /scannow and all three DISM scans, but none resolved the issue. Any help would be appreciated!
