how do I get email phots on to SD cards dell computer running edge computer only has SD slot

I'm not sure I understand your question. You want to move photos from an email and then move them to a SD card.
Then that is easy; first open up your email with the photo in it, right click the photo and click save, then select the destination where you want to save it (pick the picture folder), then click save. Now open up your picture folder, insert your SD card and open it up, now all you have to do is drag and drop the photo from the picture folder to the SD card window.
