Requested URL was rejected error on new laptop

Hi,

Can someone please help me? I got a new laptop last week to make video calls. It was working really well on Monday, but on Tuesday, it came up with the error: "The Requested URL was rejected, contact administrator."

I have tried everything to get this to work again, but nothing is working. I'm not good with computers, so everything needs to be explained step by step. This is very frustrating for people who aren't good with technology.
