About a month ago, I reinstalled Windows after accidentally cleaning my hard drive due to encountering a fatal error. Normally, restore points would resolve such issues, but this time they didn't work, and my laptop showed a "boot device not found" error, prompting the Windows reinstallation.
I'm now wondering if backups are still accessible, as I vaguely recall setting up a backup through command prompt. However, I've also lost access to my hard drive, leaving me unsure of what steps to take next. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
