I have been blessed by Microsoft with a blue screen and pinwheel which will not allow me to reboot. Microsoft did an upgrade to Windows 10 and it has been impossible for me to reboot. I called their Tech line and the clown I spoke to told me they cannot resolve this issue unless I agree to pay to have it done. They claim that it is my fault that this problem exists, not theirs. Am I the only one with this problem? They also told me to contact HP to request a CD to re-install Windows 7.
