Hi there!
I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with my PC following the latest Windows Update. After clicking "Update and Restart," my computer updates and appears to restart, but then shows the Windows logo and loading circle. It transitions to a purple screen that says "Preparing to configure Windows," then changes to "Restarting," and goes black, restarting the cycle again.
I can't use the keyboard or Task Manager during this process. Occasionally, I see a blue screen with the message "Your PC ran into a problem" and the error code "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE," although this doesn’t happen every time, making it quite perplexing.
As a novice in troubleshooting, I would greatly appreciate any advice. Thank you!
