My mouse cursor keeps refreshing with a blue circle next to it, making it difficult to right-click on anything. Additionally, I cannot log in to my administrator email at all because the login button on the startup screen is unresponsive. I tried changing another account to administrator, but it won’t apply the change and remains a standard account.
When I boot into safe mode, I still can't log in to my administrator account, even with the correct password, as it says the password is incorrect. I’m at a loss for how to access my administrator account or fix the cursor issue. Please help.
