Install a driver for your network adapter. Please HELP!

For some reason, Windows is not detecting my Ethernet connection. After troubleshooting, I received a message saying, "Windows could not find a driver for your network adapter."
I haven't been able to find any videos or solutions.
What can I do? I have an MSI A68HM-E33 V2 (MS-7721) motherboard
