Hello, I am experiencing driver issues after replacing my CPU cooler. My CPU worked fine before, but it was running too hot under load. Now, when I try to use my GPU, the driver times out. The system worked for a week before the cooler swap, and then it ran for about 10 hours after the swap. However, while playing GTA V, I encountered a driver timeout error.

Here is the latest error from Device Manager: Device PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_73FF&SUBSYS_65051EAE&REV_C7\6&2c9ce418&0&00000019 had a problem starting.

Problem Status: 0xC00000E5
How do I fix this? Is my CPU cooler pressing too hard on the CPU or maybe a software issue that can't be fixed?

Thanks for your help.
