BSOD every time i restart

I have an ongoing issue with my PC. This problem was present when I had Windows 11, so I decided to do a complete reinstall and switch to Windows 10. However, the issue persists. I've run SFC and DISM scans, but they haven't resolved the problem. I analyzed the dump file, but the output didn't provide any clear answers. I need help identifying and fixing the cause of this issue.
