Anyone Seen KB 2983588? Log Messages with External Drives

has anyone seen kb 2983588? I have 4 external drives and get log messages
I have 4 external drives and occasionally get log messages that Win10 thinks I should install kb2983588 to resolve addressing issues. I cannot find the kb... anyone out there seen it ever???
